Project:

Comprehensive methodology for contaminated site investigations using high data resolution technologies (HRSC tools)

Registration number:SQ02010199

Realization period:01.04. 2026 – 31.03. 2029

Leader at TUL:Ing. Jaroslav Nosek, Ph.D.

The aim of the project is to develop a comprehensive methodology for the use of modern high-resolution site characterisation technologies (High Resolution Site Characterisation, according to the US EPA) in the detection of groundwater and soil contamination. These tools, unlike standard approaches, provide detailed spatial data, enabling a more accurate understanding of the extent and nature of contamination and the production of reliable conceptual site models. Although these technologies have been successfully used in the Czech Republic, there is still a lack of a unified methodology describing their application, limits and interpretation. The development of this methodology is supported by the interest of the Ministry of Environment.

Tento projekt je financován se státní podporou Technologické agentury ČR a Ministerstva životního prostředí v rámci Programu Prostředí pro život.
